Officer Titus is a web series created by NdaniTV about the day to day life of a road safety officer in the city of Lagos. In this episode from Officer Titus Season 3, Oga Titus who is the lead actor and his side kick for the day, officer Odafe were going about their business, looking for unsuspecting drivers to fall into their trap. All they want is to make some cash on the side. Luckily for them, they caught an unsuspecting fish who happened to be a learner and after his refusal to pay for his offenses, Officer Titus threatened to take him to their station.
